Theresa Farrell was a fantastic planning partner, auctioneer, event consultant, and emcee at Huckleberry Youth Programs’ recent fundraising benefit. She helped craft a nuanced strategy for our Fund-A-Need, which resulted in us raising 20% more than the previous year! All of our revenue streams increased, thanks in large part to Theresa’s meticulous planning and keeping each element of the event mission-focused.

Also, at the event, an attendee mentioned they’d like to purchase the opportunity drawing trip, so, with the approval of the trip donor, we doubled it spontaneously and added it as a live auction item mid-event. We raised an additional $9,000 with no live auction planned for the night! Theresa’s flexibility and fundraising expertise allowed us to leverage an in-kind gift that resulted in more audience participation and increased revenue. Theresa Farrell helped to organize our recent fundraiser, and implemented a “Fund A Need” campaign at the event. Her fundraising knowledge is deep and effective, and she helped shape a really lovely party. Theresa supported the live auction of our 2nd Annual LA Girls Rise event. We had three great items and knew we had an opportunity to raise significant dollars.
